We are a client services consulting company focused on providing HR solutions for our customers in the following areas: quality, production, procurement, manufacturing, labor, and overall program management.
Tasks:
- Coordinate Temp Recruitment area
- Evaluate effective measures of recruitment
- Evaluate project viability (location, salary, benefits, transportation, dining room, vacancy profile, etc.)
- Keep track of staff exit interviews.
- Prepare reports of turnover rate (per client) and improvement strategies.
- Prepare reports to clients.
- Follow up on processes with clients.
- Accompany the commercial area to see clients to close proposals.
- Usage of many different job boards/platforms
- Create and publish job ads
- Make sure social media is used
- Leading recruiters
- Being a role model and on field with recruiters
- Create requirement profiles
- Create ideas for testing candidates
- Make sure processes are in place
Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in recruitment of operational personnel
- University degree in HR area is an advantage
- English level B1-B2
- Knowledge of strategic areas for mass recruitment
- Driver licence
- You are characterized by a high degree of communication and are happy to respond to the concerns of customers and organized person
- You will always meet colleagues, applicants, and customers of all hierarchical levels with competence and sympathy
- You are used to working independently and you know how to choose and express yourself correctly in writing and orally
- High commitment and resilience in connection with organizational skills and conscientiousness
- High affinity to the new media (social media)
