Tasks
- Design and implement of manufacturing processes of new product (PCBA).
- Active contact with the customer, suppliers and related functions of the company.
- Preparation and continuous updating of related documents based on the system and customer requirements (eg PPAP, FMEA, Flow chart, WI, SOP, etc.)
- Analyze errors and problems by using problem solving tools, take the necessary measures and monitor their effectiveness.
- Safe operation and continuous improvement of the organization to meet the expectations of shareholders, efficiency objectives, customer needs and related standards
- Proactive production support with the latest documentation, necessary tools and software.
- Participate in troubleshooting possible machine faults.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and standards (ISO / ESD and Safety)
- Participate in product defect analysis.
- Active participation in the customization of the ERP system and its application according to new product expectation.
Requirements
- University or College degree (BSc)
- Minimum 5 years experiences in production relevant companies,
- Strong problem solving
- Project experience, in automotive field is preferable
- Business level of English
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
