Senior O&M Team Leader - Budapest

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position
- Qualification and/or certification corresponding to the job – voltage up to 1.000 V, DC/AC voltage, Middle voltage Switching Licence or Electrical Substation Operator graduations, experience maintaining central inverters
- English language
- Advanced computer skills
- Driving licence
Tasks:
Senior O&M Team Leader will report to O&M Country Manager Hungary. This person will be responsible for developing and managing an established O&M team of 5-10 technicians.
- Managing, coordinating and controlling the O&M site team and office-based O&M supporting roles
- Managing technical matters related to the power plants
- Maintaining the agenda of measuring instruments
- Participating in troubleshooting of failures
- Coordinating and cooperating with local service partners, manufacturers and distribution companies
- Maintaining and expanding customer contact base
